Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin is a premium small-batch spirit distilled in Vedra, Galicia, by Atlantic Galician Spirits. It was created to celebrate the fresh northerly wind that inspired its name and the coastal character of its region. The base spirit is made from Albarino grapes, offering a smooth, aromatic profile distinct from grain-based gins.
Eleven botanicals are used, six of which are native to Galicia, including eucalyptus, lemon verbena, peppermint, bay leaf, sage and samphire. The remaining botanicals include juniper, hibiscus, ginger, cardamom and black tea. Each is macerated separately before distillation to preserve its unique character. Nordes is certified vegan and vegetarian.
