Montelobos Pechuga mezcal is a distinctive and festive expression that honours the rich history and traditions of Oaxaca. Starting with their 100% Espadin Mezcal, Montelobos distils the spirit three times. The final distillation involves adding turkey breast, seasonal fruits, and spices, a process known as 'pechuga.' This unique technique imparts a floral and fruity dimension to the mezcal.
