This artisanal cider is crafted in Herefordshire using a unique solera-style system inspired by sherry production. Beginning in 2017, ciders from each harvest have been carefully blended, focusing on the historic Foxwhelp variety. The result is a long-aged expression that reveals layers of depth and refinement. Act 3 highlights the very oldest elements of the solera, creating a mature yet vibrant drink.
