Little Pomona Ripple Still Cider
Little Pomona Ripple is a single-varietal still cider made with Egremont Russet. A variety known as the cider apple equivalent of Chardonnay, which inspired an idea to create a Chablis alternative from apples. The resemblance is uncanny.
- Bright, pale lemon colour in the glass
- Fragrant nose of jasmine blossom, honey and blanched almonds
- Beautiful purity of fruit on the palate, with flavours of white peach, melon rind, anise and crystalised lemon peel
- A wonderfully crystalline and elegant expression of dry cider
