Each spring marks the return of a vibrant seasonal release crafted to showcase the best of freshly harvested UK apples. Inspired by the Beaujolais Nouveau tradition, this limited-edition cider celebrates new beginnings and the first fruit of the year.
The 2024 vintage from Little Pomona is built around the Discovery apple, one of the earliest to ripen. They add a touch of Foxwhelp bringing extra zest, while wild fermentation and petillant naturel bottling capture the natural effervescence of the harvest.
