This innovative Irish whiskey represents a unique collaboration between Ireland’s Midleton Distillery, Mitchell & Son, and Napa Valley’s renowned Chateau Montelena. Initially matured in traditional sherry and bourbon casks, it is then finished for 12 months in French oak Zinfandel wine casks from the prestigious California winery.
