The Evolution Winery Madeleine Muscaris Sparkling Wine
Made using the traditional method, the same process used in Champagne. A blend of Madeleine Angevine, Muscaris and Chardonnay. After the initial fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle.
This natural secondary fermentation creates the fine bubbles and allows the wine to develop additional texture and complexity as it rests on its lees for three years.
- Expressive aromas of elderflower, citrus blossom and fresh grape.
- On the palate, it is light and crisp, with notes of lemon, green apple and subtle floral character supported by refreshing acidity.
