Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is crafted at The Shed Distillery in County Leitrim, Ireland. Founded by PJ Rigney, the distillery is known for its inventive use of global botanicals and traditional Irish distilling. This gin takes its name from Chinese gunpowder tea, a key botanical that adds depth and character.
The gin is slow-distilled in medieval copper pot stills using a dual method of maceration and vapour infusion. This preserves the brightness of citrus and the complexity of spices. It is vegan-friendly and made in small batches with care.
