This limited-edition Highland single malt is a masterful collaboration between renowned architect Ben Dobbin and The Dalmore’s whisky-making team. Matured for 17 years in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in a unique combination of vintage calvados, sherry and red wine barriques.

- The palate is rich with golden butterscotch, tarte tatin and baked red apples, balanced by dark cacao and red liquorice.
