Distilled in a traditional copper pot still named Twmpa, this gin uses a base of in-house neutral spirit, triple distilled for purity and smoothness. The recipe includes 12 hand-blended botanicals, local Gwatkin’s apples, and mineral-rich Brecon water, resulting in a unique, smoky floral flavour.
