Crafted in the Arctic Circle at the foot of the majestic Lyngen Alps. Bivrost Yggdrasil Whisky 2025 Bivrost Yggdrasil 2025 is the distillery’s vintage release - which will become an annual tradition of highly limited, Norse mythology-inspired editions.

Taking its name from Yggdrasil, the mythical ash tree said to bind together the Nine Worlds in Norse legend, this release is rooted in both ancient storytelling and modern precision. Matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks and in-house charred barrels, aged between 4 to 6 years, the whisky achieves a rare balance of richness, depth, and smoky intrigue.

• On the nose, this Arctic single malt opens with notes of dried fruit, orange blossom, bonfire smoke, and the atmosphere of an old Spanish bodega.
• The palate is both velvety and complex, with layers of toasted oak, caramelised mandarin, roasted nuts, and a whisper of delicate peat smoke.
