Produced from an unaged Joven mezcal, Montelobos Tobala Mezcal showcases the distinctive flavours of Tobala agave. Traditionally roasting the agave hearts in earthen pits, imparting a smoky character. Fermenting and distilling the roasted agave in copper pot stills, resulting in a complex and flavourful mezcal.
