Distilled from 100% organic agave Espadin in the heart of Oaxaca. Roasting the agave hearts in traditional earthen pits, imparting a smoky and earthy flavour profile. Distilled in copper pot stills, this mezcal offers a complex balance of sweetness, smokiness, and vegetal notes.
