Chateau Minuty is one of the main producers of the Cotes de Provence, producing top-of-the-range rose wines. Historical know-how combined with the use of state-of-the-art technology guarantees this quality.

The vineyard of Chateau Minuty is remarkably well exposed on the hillsides of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It benefits from a temperate maritime climate and gives pride of place to southern grape varieties.

The wines produced at the Minuty vineyard express a delicate character marked by the sea air. The wind from the sea dries out the vines after dew or rain and limits the risk of disease.
