Chateau Picoron are an Australian-owned, Bordeaux-based producer, producing low-sulphite, single-vineyard wines from Merlot vines planted on the famous clay and limestone ridge of Saint-Emilion. However, they chose not to adhere to the regulations of Saint-Emilion AOC, instead following the Ouvipo philosophy of sustainable, natural winemaking with minimal intervention. They therefore sell their wines as Vin de France.
Madam I'm Adam Merlot Rose has aromas and flavours of fresh, wild strawberry, crisp lemon rind and wild flowers.
Best served chilled and enjoyed with a summer picnic or barbeque.
