Thor is the thunder God in Norse mythology. His courage and sense of duty are unshakeable. His most famous possession is his hammer, Mjollnir (lightning).

For the heathen Scandinavians, just as thunder was the embodiment of Thor, lightning was the embodiment of his hammer slaying giants.

• This mead is a Metheglin (herbed honey mead), using Blossom honey
• It has citra hops added after the fermentation process

Lancashire Mead Company Thors Hawks Mead can be drunk at room temperature or after chilling. It can also be made into a long drink using soda or tonic.

As this is a natural product, some hazing and sedimentation is likely to occur. Leave to settle in a cool, dark place and pour carefully. This a natural part of the maturation process and is not harmful to consumer or product. In fact, it will taste even better for it and it is why we use a decanter style bottle.
