Penrhos Dry Gin
Penrhos Dry Gin is a small-batch London Dry Gin made in Herefordshire by Penrhos Spirits, a distillery founded by two fruit-farming families. The distillery operates from a converted barn on Penrhos Farm and uses a traditional copper pot still named Connie, after the founder’s grandmother.
This gin is distilled with 14 botanicals, many of which are grown on the farm, including blueberries, cherry blossom, rose, and honey. Other botanicals include juniper, coriander, cardamom, hibiscus, pink pepper and chamomile. It is certified vegan and vegetarian.
