ThisĀ meadĀ is a great addition to chicken and fish dishes, stir-fries or cakes.

Krampus joins St Nic in his yearly visit. Whilst St Nicholas rewards the good with gifts and treats, Krampus punishes the bad.Ā In some cases, he leaves coal, but the naughtier ones are stuffed into his sack to be carried away to hell.

As this is a natural product, some hazing and sedimentation is likely to occur. Leave to settle in a cool, dark place and pour carefully. This a natural part of the maturation process and is not harmful to consumer or product. In fact, it will taste even better for it and it is why we use a decanter style bottle.
