This Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing white wine from sustainably farmed vineyards in Rutherford and Lake County. Honig Estate combines primarily Sauvignon Blanc with hints of Sauvignon Gris, Semillon and Muscat to express the region’s vibrant character and lively natural acidity.
Harvested during cool night and early morning hours, the grapes were whole cluster pressed and gently fermented in stainless steel to retain fresh aromatics. Lees ageing before blending adds subtle weight without diminishing clarity.
