The inaugural release from one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries. Acquired by the Douglas Laing family in 2019 Strathearn is located in the Scottish Highlands. Strathearn single malt Scotch whisky has been meticulously maturing in a mixture of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks.
Bottled at an impressive 50% ABV with no chill-filtration or colouring, Strathearn single malt may come from a small distillery but packs a mighty punch!
- On the nose you can enjoy rich notes of malted barley and oak
- The palate opens with smooth honeyed notes and stewed fruits and warming notes of baking spices
- The finish is long and bold with hints of creamy, buttery toffee and spice dancing on your tongue
