Highland Park 18 Year Old Whisky

Highland Park 18 Year Old is a full-bodied and refined Orkney single malt, matured for 18 years and shaped by Highland Park's signature combination of Sherry-seasoned oak and heather-infused peat smoke. The new design was introduced as part of Highland Park's wider packaging refresh, with a cleaner, more contemporary bottle and carton celebrating the natural character of Orkney. The whisky itself has not been reformulated as part of the redesign.

The whisky has a rich, fruity character, with baked cherries, dark chocolate, salted honeycomb and orange zest balanced by aromatic smoke from Orkney's heathered peat. A higher proportion of first-fill Sherry-seasoned European oak provides additional depth, fruit and spice, complemented by Sherry-seasoned American oak and refill casks.

Bottled at 43% ABV, Highland Park 18 is naturally coloured, with its glowing amber hue coming entirely from the casks. The result is a mature, smooth and layered single malt where sweet fruit, chocolate, citrus and gentle smoke work together rather than competing for attention.
