Skinos Mastiha Spirit Liqueur is produced in Greece by Skinos Distillery, a brand dedicated to preserving traditional Mediterranean flavours. This distinctive herbal liqueur makes an excellent gift.
It is made using resin from the mastiha tree grown exclusively on the island of Chios. The resin is harvested by making small cuts in the bark, allowing drops of sap to form and harden. These crystals are then cleaned, ground and infused into a neutral spirit base.
