Silent Pool Gin is a handcrafted London Dry style gin made in the Surrey Hills. The distillery sits beside the Silent Pool, a spring-fed lake known for its clarity and natural beauty. Founded in 2015, Silent Pool Distillers use copper stills and a four-stage process to create a gin that reflects its surroundings.
The recipe includes 24 botanicals sourced locally and globally, including chamomile, elderflower, kaffir lime leaf, rose and lavender. A unique tea infusion method is used to extract delicate floral notes, while heavier botanicals are macerated for depth. Local honey from the Albury Estate is added during distillation, contributing to the gin’s signature richness.
