Rockfield Dry Gin is handcrafted in Hereford by Rockfield Spirits, a distillery founded in 2023 on the site of a former cider mill. The gin is made using eight carefully selected botanicals including juniper, coriander seed, citrus peel, orris root and grains of paradise.
Distilled in small batches using a grain-based spirit, Rockfield Dry Gin reflects the distillery’s commitment to quality and local character. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The result is a crisp, versatile London Dry Gin that captures the spirit of Hereford.
