Brothers Stew and Chris Reid embarked on a two-year journey to forage the diverse landscapes of New Zealand, selecting aromatic native plants that complement the classic dry gin profile. Their meticulous selection process led to the inclusion of kawakawa, manuka, and horopito, resulting in a gin that offers a distinctive taste of New Zealand's flora.
