Malfy Originale Gin is produced by Torino Distillati, a family-run distillery founded in 1906 in Moncalieri, Piedmont. The Vergnano family combines generations of distilling expertise, crafting gins that reflect Italy’s alpine and coastal landscapes. Originale is their classic dry-style gin, inspired by the wild juniper and crystal-clear lakes of Monte Viso.
This gin is distilled in stainless steel vacuum stills to preserve delicate aromatics. It features hand-picked Italian juniper, coriander, angelica root, cassia bark, lemon peel and a touch of anise. The base spirit is made from Italian grain and blended with pure spring water from the Piedmont region.
