Distilled in Pennsylvaniashire, Bluecoat Elderflower Gin is handcrafted by Philadelphia Distilling using organic elderflowers. It builds on the classic American Dry base with a floral infusion. The gin was originally a distillery exclusive before wider release.
Whole elderflowers are steeped post-distillation for two weeks, creating a bold floral profile. The gin is vegan and made without additives. It offers a heady fragrance and a distinctive elderflower character not found in liqueur-style gins.
- Bluecoat Elderflower Gin opens with dusty elderflower, jasmine and lime flower aromas.
- The palate is bold and musky, showing elderflower, angelica, wisteria and pine-forward juniper.
- Finishes with tannic dryness, pine resin and a faint soapiness.
