Bivrost Arctic Limited Edition Cask Gin is distilled by Aurora Spirit Distillery in Arctic Norway, using glacial meltwater and locally harvested botanicals. This special release is based on Bivrost’s original Arctic Gin and aged for nine months in re-toasted red wine barrique casks from Bordeaux.
Only 531 bottles were produced, each individually numbered. The gin is crafted in small batches using traditional copper stills and sustainably sourced Arctic ingredients. It is certified vegan and reflects the purity and innovation of the world’s northernmost distillery.
