Mas de Boislauzon is located near Chateauneuf-du-Pape. This small 25-acre estate has been making wine for six generations and is on top of its game, thanks to the efforts of brother and sister team, Daniel and Christine Chaussy. The estate follows biodynamic practices and received organic certification in 2012.
The La Chaussynette is a blend of Grenache and Syrah. Aromas and flavours of red plum, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, tangy lime, mint, fennel, and a salty minerality. This is a well-built wine, with plenty of tannin and structure, and a chocolate-rich mocha-like finish that lingers for some time afterwards.
Perfect paired with onion soup, scallion pancakes, game stew, and beef burritos. Drink now until 2028.
