Crafted from a harmonious blend of 90% oloroso (palomino) and 10% pedro ximenez, ageing together for 5 years in bota, Diatomists medium sherry presents a delightful fusion of sweetness and savoury notes.
- Its deep amber hue, accented by an orange rim, unveils pronounced aromas of walnuts, marmalade. Sultanas gracefully emerge from the glass
- The palate experiences a vibrant, bitter orange freshness giving way to nuances of fried corn and biscuit on the finish
- The texture is velvety, striking a balance between richness and subtlety. This sherry is beautifully layered, featuring apricots, walnuts, and culminating in a ringing finish that is both tangy and fresh
