This organic Prosecco Rose is produced by Savian in Veneto, a family-run estate known for sustainable viticulture and certified organic vineyards. Sourced from gently rolling vineyards in north-eastern Italy, the wine reflects cool Alpine influences combined with Mediterranean warmth, delivering freshness, fragrance and delicate structure. Made using Glera and Pinot Noir, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in tank to preserve fruit purity and fine bubbles.
