Petites Estones Montsant Red
Produced in Spain's Montsant region, this red wine blend is crafted by Estones Vins, a micro-vinification project led by winemaker Salvi Moliner and sommelier Sergi Montala. Grapes are sourced from clay and slate soils in Mas Roig and surrounding vineyards. The blend includes 90% Garnacha Tinta and 10% Samso (Carignan), harvested manually into small crates.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and ageing for 7 months in second and third-use French and American oak barrels.
