Fruit is sourced from premier vineyards across the state, including Monte Rosso, Stefani Ranch and Barrelli Creek. Aged for 7–8 months in French oak (32–35% new), the wine reflects Orin Swift’s signature style—rich, expressive and layered.
Founded by Dave Phinney, Orin Swift Cellars is known for its artistic labels and unconventional winemaking. Eight Years In The Desert pays homage to Phinney’s return to Zinfandel after an eight-year hiatus. Each vintage is crafted to showcase California’s diversity and the winery’s bold approach to blending.
