Morisfarms Avvoltore Toscana IGT
Avvoltore is crafted from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown on the clay limestone slopes of the Avvoltore Hill in the Tuscan Maremma. Harvested from early September to mid October, the grapes undergo controlled fermentation, extended skin contact and ageing in small oak barrels before bottling and refinement. Making it ideal with aged cheeses and pasta dishes.
