From the southern Rhone Valley, this red wine is from Maison M. Chapoutier, a family-owned winery dating back to 1808. The vineyards are situated across the communes of Sablet and Seguret, grown on silty and stony soils. Grapes are harvested at optimum maturity and vinified to preserve the varietal character, emphasising full structure and fruit expression rather than heavy oak.
