Louis Pommery Rose English Sparkling

A beautifully refined English Sparkling Wine that brings together over 180 years of Champagne-making expertise with the unique terroir of southern England. Overseen by Pommery Chef de Cave Clement Pierlot, using the traditional method, the same meticulous process used in Champagne.

Grown on the chalk-rich soils of southern England, the vineyards benefit from conditions remarkably similar to those found across Champagne. These mineral-rich soils, combined with England's cool climate, allow the grapes to ripen slowly, preserving the vibrant acidity and delicate fruit character that define exceptional sparkling wine.

The blend is led by Chardonnay, bringing finesse, freshness and elegance, while Pinot Noir contributes structure and generous red fruit flavours. Small proportions of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris add further complexity and texture.

• Bright and inviting, with aromas of wild strawberries and fresh raspberries lifted by delicate apple blossom. The fruit feels vibrant and pure, while subtle floral notes add elegance and freshness.
• Fresh, textured and beautifully structured. Juicy hedgerow fruits lead the way before gentle citrus and crisp orchard fruit appear. The fine mousse gives the wine a creamy texture while maintaining impressive freshness throughout.
• Long, clean and refreshing. Red berry fruit lingers alongside delicate floral notes and a crisp mineral edge that leaves the palate beautifully balanced.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is equally enjoyable alongside brunch, seafood lunches or relaxed summer entertaining.
