La Felicite Organic Rose

A mid-strength organic rose from Domaine Royal de Jarras which is the largest estate in the Camargue and the first organic wine estate in the region. At just 9% ABV, it is a lighter, lower-alcohol style to enjoy at any time of day, with none of the character sacrificed.

Unlike traditional vineyards rooted in clay or limestone, the vines at Domaine Royal de Jarras grow in pure coastal sand. These sandy soils famously protected the vineyard during the devastating phylloxera epidemic of the 19th century, allowing many vines to remain on their original rootstock.

The entire vineyard has been fully certified organic since 2021, with careful vineyard management designed to preserve both biodiversity and the surrounding protected wetlands.

The blend of Cinsault and Muscat of Alexandria creates a wonderfully aromatic wine that combines juicy stone fruits with delicate floral notes and refreshing citrus lift. Le Felicite has the elegance of premium Provence-style rose with a lighter alcohol content.

• Bright, expressive and wonderfully aromatic Nose. Ripe peach and juicy apricot leap from the glass, accompanied by delicate acacia blossom and subtle floral perfume that give the wine an inviting freshness.
• The palate is soft, vibrant and beautifully balanced. Fresh orchard fruits combine with lively citrus and delicate floral notes, while the silky texture keeps everything elegant and refreshing. The lower alcohol allows the fruit to shine without feeling heavy.
• A elean, crisp and pleasantly refreshing finish. A gentle hint of bitterness adds complexity to the lingering stone fruit flavours, encouraging another sip.
