The estate is recognised for site-focused winemaking and sustainable vineyard practices. The Bréchallune cuvée comes from a single vineyard parcel harvested later for added concentration and texture. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats and ceramic amphorae, followed by lees ageing to build depth while preserving freshness and acidity.
