A refined white Burgundy from one of the Cote de Beaune’s most respected appellations. Although the Chavy family has cultivated vines for over two centuries, Alain Chavy established his own domaine in 2003, shaping a precise and elegant house style from 17 hectares of carefully selected vineyard holdings.

Known for one of the coolest cellars in Puligny-Montrachet, Alain Chavy produces wines defined by freshness, purity and lifted aromatics, with a strong sense of mineral expression and finesse.

• Pale gold with subtle green reflections. Nose is elegant and perfumed, showing apricot, gooseberry and a distinctive flinty, slate-like minerality.
• Palate is crisp and focused, combining stone fruit brightness with citrus tension and a refined mineral core. The texture is precise and well-balanced.
• Finish is long, clean and mineral-driven, with lingering freshness and subtle fruit notes.
