Clos Venturi 1769 Rouge

This is a red wine from high altitude vineyards in central Corsica, grown on granite soils in the Restonica valley. Indigenous varieties such as Niellucciu and Sciaccarellu define its Mediterranean character, shaped by warm days and cool mountain nights. The result is a structured yet finely tuned expression of Corsican terroir.

The estate focuses on precision farming at elevation, where long ripening seasons build aromatic depth while preserving natural acidity. Hand harvesting and low intervention winemaking ensure clarity of fruit and a strong sense of place. Fermentation is carefully managed to support texture without masking varietal detail.
