• Pale straw-gold with a lightly hazy, natural appearance due to minimal filtration.
• Highly aromatic and lifted, with notes of toasted almonds, fresh bread dough, chamomile and citrus peel. Subtle yeasty and saline nuances add complexity and a distinctive coastal freshness.
• Dry, crisp and finely structured, with flavours of green apple, lemon zest, almond and fresh yeast dough. The texture is slightly more textured than standard Fino, giving added depth while retaining precision and tension.
