Distilled from 100% English barley and matured in Oloroso Sherry casks, this small-batch, single malt whisky offers depth, structure, and rich flavour. Bottled at 53.8% ABV.
- The nose is immediately expressive, with notes of dried fig, raisin, walnut, and sweet tobacco, wrapped in subtle hints of dark chocolate and spiced orange peel.
- On the palate, rich toffee, date syrup, and baked plum mingle with warming clove, cinnamon, and roasted nuts, all carried on a velvety mouthfeel.
