This powerful small-batch release from West Midlands Distillery is fully matured in a fresh Oloroso Sherry quarter cask, allowing the whisky to draw deep, rich flavours from the seasoned wood. Bottled at a robust 53.9% ABV, it showcases the distillery’s signature full-bodied character with a distinctly festive twist—big on spice, dried fruit, and warming complexity.

• On the nose, this whisky is full of festive character, opening with rich notes of currants, malt loaf, Christmas cake, and dried fruit, backed by a hint of clove and baking spice.
• The palate is dense and warming, offering bold flavours of Jamaica ginger cake, nutmeg, sultanas, and more dark fruit, with a lightly tannic, dry finish that balances the sweetness of the sherry wood.
• The use of Kveik Voss yeast adds subtle fruity lift, while the barley mix provides richness and depth.
