Mulline Sauvignon Blanc
This Geelong Sauvignon Blanc draws on two vineyard sites, combining Bellarine Peninsula fruit with grapes from the Moorabool Valley. Stainless steel fermentation preserves the variety’s fresh citrus and passionfruit, while neutral French oak adds texture without masking its bright, expressive fruit.
- Bright, pale straw.
- Expressive passionfruit and citrus.
- Fresh tropical fruit and zesty citrus, with a subtle chalky quality and balanced texture.
- Persistent and refreshing, with a clean, mouth-watering finish.
Pair with oysters, grilled white fish or a summer salad with goat’s cheese to match the wine’s freshness and citrus character.
