Delamain Pale & Dry XO Cognac is from eaux-de-vie exclusively from the Grande Champagne region, renowned for producing the finest cognacs. The eaux-de-vie age for a minimum of 25 years in seasoned oak casks. Allowing the spirit to develop its complex character and smooth finish. The blending process is meticulous, ensuring a harmonious and consistent final product that epitomises the Delamain style.
