Dalmore 21 Year Old Whisky

Crafted in the Highlands with time-honoured precision, this limited annual release reflects the height of Dalmore’s refined, sherry-influenced style. Matured first in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, this exquisite single malt is then finished in rare 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from the Gonzalez Byass bodega in Spain. The result is a whisky of remarkable depth and complexity, bottled at 43.8% ABV.

• Dalmore 21 Year Old Whisky opens with aromas of candied orange peel, rich cocoa, and soft vanilla, mingled with a hint of fig and toasted almonds.
• The palate is layered with dark chocolate, stewed berries, and a burst of spiced citrus zest. Silky smooth in texture, revealing undertones of Black Forest gateau, clove, and dried cherry.
