Delamain Pale & Dry XO Cognac is an elegant expression from one of Cognac’s most prestigious houses, founded in 1824. Known for producing only XO Cognacs, Delamain focuses exclusively on Grande Champagne, the Premier Cru of Cognac, ensuring exceptional finesse and complexity.
This blend is aged for an average of 25 years in well-seasoned Limousin oak barrels, then married for an additional two years to achieve perfect harmony. Its name reflects two defining characteristics: “Pale” for its naturally light colour from old casks and “Dry” for its absence of added sweetness.
