This elegant Shiraz is crafted from two distinct vineyards in McLaren Vale, including a 72-year-old dry-grown site in Blewitt Springs. Hand-picked and whole-bunch fermented using indigenous yeasts, the wine is aged in seasoned French oak hogsheads and large oak tanks for 12 months.
The result is a refined and expressive red that balances vibrant fruit with savoury spice. Layers of cool blue and red fruits are lifted by allspice and cardamom, supported by a gentle creaminess and fine tannins. A wine that’s nervy, fleshy and deeply satisfying.
