Matic Postopoma Natural Orange Wine
From the hills of Stajerska in north-eastern Slovenia, this natural orange wine blends Riesling and Kerner in a traditional field mix. Crafted by Matija Zerjav, whose family cellar dates to 1852, the vineyards are farmed biodynamically with absolute respect for nature.
Hand-harvested grapes ferment spontaneously on skins for 14 days before ageing in old Slovenian barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur, it is bone dry and full of character.
