Conejo Verde White
This dry white from Mendoza blends Viognier (50%), Sauvignon Blanc (30%) and Torrontes (20%) grown in the Uco Valley. Bodega Los Haroldos work with vineyards at 900 metres which create freshness and aromatic lift.
Grapes are pressed as whole clusters, fermented separately in stainless steel, then blended and aged briefly on lees. The wine is light-bodied, clean and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
